Full Movie Scrollbar ActionScript
Philter has for sometime made his most excellent Flash News Feed Reader available online.
It's a great interface to some of the best Flash blogs out there, his implentation of scrollbars in the fullframe Flash movie is one of the sweetest bits of code, even though many not have even realised that it's not part of the browser (user colour schemes excepted).
He's made clever use of frames and ActionScript to achieve this and has just made the code available, well worth the look at especially if you're interested in using scrollbars in Flash.
