Breeze Live Launched

sigh It's like I've been holding my breath for such a long time... at long last I can scream from the roof tops "It's alive! Breeze Live is here".

"With the new Breeze Live module, you can now combine preauthored content with live interactions for a more engaging user experience. Use Microsoft PowerPoint slides, live and recorded video, Macromedia Flash animations, live screen sharing, audio, and two-way text chat to deliver measurably more effective presentations. Review the key benefits of Breeze Live, and explore the Feature Tour for detailed descriptions of Breeze Live module features."

There's a quick Feature Tour with less than inspiring screen grabs I'm afraid. Then of course there is the product overview complete with enticing yet not so informative tid bits. But trust me, I've seen this baby and its hot.

Bah.. I wake up and post excitedly about Breeze live only to find half the world has already seen it launched at FlashForward :)

In reply to your comment on enterFrame:

Can the screen share be done without the help of an external plugin/software? AFAIK, you cannot do this with Flash alone, you need some software to convert the screen grab into a video stream...

Yep -- that's the beauty of it. Only Flash player is required!

Wow... I heard it was crowded, but I had no idea.... ;-)

(Seriously, Geoff, your comment may be the most valuable of all... data is one thing, but seeing that something can make a real difference for someone is usually far more valuable. Thanks, and I hope this project gives you a good return in your own work.)
