In the process of refining the agent that collects and parses existing page data I can across an interesting bit of information: Egypt has 181 Flash MX Designer certifications, 157 of which seem to have been achieved on 30 June or 1 July 2003. Egypt has no other Macromedia certifications apart from Flash MX Designer.
Most of the time the dates reflect the day a person is certified, when the certifications became first available we know that a whole lot of people were entered at the same time in what appears to be a big batch process.
Check out USA, CF5: there's a lot of people entered for 17, 18 & 19 May 2000 including the mighty Ben Forta. This batch was for people who beta tested the exam - perhaps that's what's happened for the Egyptian entries, but you kind of wonder...
