Bob Regan's Antipodean Adventure

Bob's doing the rounds downunder. Great opportunity to see Macromedias top accessibility expert in person coming up across the sun-burnt country. Macromedia is hosting a series of free seminars in captital cities.

Seminar topics include:

  • Accessible Design: International Trends and Practices
  • Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) Design and Accessibility
  • Accessible Rich Media Design with Macromedia Flash MX 2004
  • Creating Accessible Web Applications

From his official blurb:
"Bob Regan joined Macromedia in 2001 as the product manager for accessibility, helping to shape and articulate Macromedia's accessibility effort. He works with designers and developers and engineers from around the world to communicate existing strategies for accessibility, as well as develop new strategies. At the same time, Bob oversees work within Macromedia to improve the accessibility of Macromedia tools."

What... No Brisbane event
We would be very keen to see what Bob has to show.

Any chance of tacking us onto the end (or running a breeze live of the event that we can tap into?)

Sadly I am but a messenger :) Robin Hilliard from MM mentioned on the CFAUSSIE mailing list that they would be happy to set up a Breeze Live meeting with Bob and Brisbane folks.
