Foreign Language Blogs in the Goog

Fullasagoog has been syndicating Macromedia technology blogs in a host of languages for what seems like years. Thought I might mention how that's done as I've had a recent rush on requests to aggregate blogs that are already there.

If you want to see blogs in other than English, simply set your preferences to allow for other languages -- its that easy. I've been working on Goog 2.0 and better language options for a couple of years, just can't grab enough time to actually finish anything :) I have a copy of CF7 and Flex to play with so expect some interesting changes before years end.

If you have a non-english blog you want syndicated feel free to submit it to master@fullasagoog.com -- it may take a little while but we'll get to it. I dabble in a bit of French but other than that I rely on the good advice of several folks namely Oscar Trelles (Spanish, Portuguese & Italian), Kai König (German) and Stéfane Funaro (French).

Please remember Fullasagoog content is there by conscious choice -- I don't just aggregate everything. So it takes time for me to consider the merits of every submission. Typically I'm looking for a blog feed that is dominated by web technology (with a slant to Macromedia products).

If I reject a blog feed submission I always say why. If you get zero response from me it's likely I'm busy so don't be shy -- try, try again.

I note with interest that Mike Chambers is on the hunt for non-english blogs which suggests a new version of MXNA might be in the works -- damn them and their Goog challenging ways!

PS. Fullasagoog has been nominated for the SYS-CON Media Eighth Annual Readers' Choice Awards If you feel so inclined....and I hope you do ;-) Start voting for Fullasagoog!
