Taming the Client Recording Available

A quick follow up on my "Taming the Client" presentation; recording now available online. It's not your typical developer topic but I think its always fascinating to know how other companies tick. Essentially these are some of Daemon's methodologies laid bare. How do you manage web projects?

Couple of technical hitches in the beginning before we got going, so I've put together a little timeline so folks can leap ahead to the good bits.

• 0min: See geoff dancing about in front of the camera
• 9m 40s: The actual presentation gets going without the audio problems -- basically ripped out the external mike and used the laptop mike. Sounds great.
• 1hr 15m: Presentation ends, QA starts.
• Near the end: Sneak peek of the FarCry 4.0 CRM product we are releasing next month :)
